1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 777db ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 777db website located at https://777db.cam, including all associated services, features, content, mobile interfaces and betting or gaming functionalities offered therein (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

777db is an English-language platform targeting Pakistani audiences. All visible content, including these Terms, is published in English. Pakistani local references — including payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — appear as familiar local context only and do not imply that those providers endorse, sponsor, affiliate with or support gambling activity on this platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the personal registered account created by a User on the 777db Platform.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a User's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bet tokens or match-deposit bonuses credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity documentation and proof-of-address checks required before account activation and/or withdrawal processing.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total bet volume that must be achieved using Bonus Funds before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real-Money Funds" — deposits made by the User using their own money, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Platform" — the 777db website, mobile interface and all associated digital services operated under the domain https://777db.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory or jurisdiction in which use of the Service is unlawful or restricted under applicable local law.
• "Intellectual Property" — all trademarks, logos, software, content, design elements, databases and proprietary materials owned by or licensed to 777db.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction applicable to you, to register an Account and use the Service. The Platform implements mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Legal Capacity. You confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you, and that you are not acting on behalf of any third party without their authorisation.

3.3 Jurisdiction. You confirm that accessing and using the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The legal status of online gambling in Pakistan depends on applicable law and how the activity is classified. This is not legal advice. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable local law. 777db does not claim to be licensed, approved or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority.

3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed and associated balances — including winnings — may be forfeited.

3.5 Employees and Associates. Employees, contractors, directors and immediate family members of 777db and its affiliated entities are not permitted to register or hold an Account.

4. Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Accurate Information. When registering an Account you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 KYC Documents. 777db reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address dated within 90 days and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.3 Account Suspension. The Platform may suspend or restrict an Account pending completion of KYC checks. During such suspension the User may not place wagers or request withdrawals, though existing balances are held securely.

4.4 Credentials Confidentiality. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity occurring under your Account is your responsibility unless you notify us in writing of unauthorised access immediately upon discovery.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods. The Platform supports a range of deposit methods as listed in the cashier section of your Account. Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and bank transfer are referenced as familiar local options. Availability, minimum and maximum transaction limits, processing times and applicable fees are governed by the current cashier documentation and may vary.

5.2 Minimum Deposits. Indicative minimum deposit amounts start from PKR 1,000. Actual minimums are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction and may differ by payment method.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) verification that the withdrawal method matches the deposit method used, where required; and (d) any anti-money-laundering checks the Platform is obligated to carry out. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal.

5.4 Currency. Transactions are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) where applicable, or in the currency supported by the selected payment method. The Platform is not responsible for currency conversion costs applied by your payment provider.

5.5 Refused Deposits. The Platform may decline a deposit at its discretion without being required to provide a reason, in particular where anti-fraud controls are triggered. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not accepted.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers are subject to specific terms published at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying bets before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Qualifying game categories and minimum odds thresholds for sports bets are specified per promotion.

6.3 Expiry. Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the stated validity period (typically 7–45 days as specified per offer) will be automatically removed from the Account without compensation.

6.4 Abuse. The Platform reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where it reasonably believes a User has exploited a promotion through irregular betting patterns, collusion, the use of multiple accounts or any other method constituting bonus abuse.

6.5 Illustrative Figures. Bonus amounts referenced in marketing materials — such as "100% match up to PKR 25,000" or "Sports Starter up to PKR 10,000" — are illustrative examples only. Current live offers, amounts and eligibility criteria are displayed in the Promotions section of your Account and are subject to change without prior notice.

6.6 One Welcome Bonus. Each eligible User may claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus through a duplicate Account constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled except where the Platform expressly permits a cash-out or bet-edit facility and such facility is activated by the User before the relevant event concludes.

7.2 Errors in Odds. The Platform reserves the right to void bets placed at materially incorrect odds resulting from pricing errors, feed failures or technical malfunctions. In such circumstances the original stake will be returned to the User's Account.

7.3 Void Events. If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise does not conclude in accordance with the relevant sporting body's rules, bets may be voided and stakes returned, subject to the specific rules for each sport as published in the Help Center.

7.4 Maximum Winnings. The Platform may impose maximum single-event or aggregate daily winnings limits. These limits are published in the Help Center and may be updated from time to time.

7.5 Suspicious Activity. The Platform reserves the right to suspend settlement of any bet pending investigation if it suspects match-fixing, insider information, irregular betting patterns or any form of fraud in connection with the relevant event.

8. Casino Games

8.1 RNG Fairness. All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning equipment streamed in real time. Game outcomes are independent of previous results.

8.2 RTP. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is the long-term theoretical average and does not guarantee any specific return within any individual session. RTP information is available in each game's information panel.

8.3 Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be voided and the bet amount returned. The Platform shall not be liable for losses resulting from system outages or connectivity failures on the User's end.

8.4 Progressive Jackpots. Progressive jackpot pools are cumulative across a network of players. Jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and update in real time. Jackpot wins are subject to verification before payout.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, termination and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC.
• Operating more than one Account, whether individually or in conjunction with other persons.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities — any such issues must be reported to the Platform immediately.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions to avoid detection, or use of the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce or modify any part of the Platform's software or content.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location through VPN, proxy or similar means.
• Any conduct that disrupts the experience of other users or the integrity of Platform operations.

10. Responsible Gambling

10.1 Age Restriction. The Service is strictly available to adults aged 18 or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction. Age verification is mandatory. Underage gambling is prohibited.

10.2 Player Tools. 777db provides deposit limits, session time limits, net-loss limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion tools. These are accessible from within your Account settings. The Platform encourages all Users to set personal limits before commencing play.

10.3 Self-Exclusion. A User may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time. Upon activation, all marketing communications will cease and account access will be blocked. Requests to reduce an exclusion period are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

10.4 No Liability for Problem Gambling. The Platform provides responsible gambling tools but cannot accept liability for gambling-related harm where a User has failed to use available controls or has circumvented them. 10.5 Local Laws. Pakistan has gambling restrictions including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Users must understand applicable local law. This section does not constitute legal advice and does not imply that the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or that Pakistani authorities have authorised its operation.

11. Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, processing and use of personal data submitted to or generated by the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account you consent to the data practices described therein.

The Platform implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption, access controls and regular security audits. However, no online system is entirely immune to risk. Users should protect their own devices and credentials diligently.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 Ownership. All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and compilations — is the Intellectual Property of 777db or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

12.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

12.3 Restrictions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of 777db.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. The Platform does not guarantee any winnings, positive returns or specific outcomes. Gambling involves financial risk and you may lose the entirety of any funds deposited.

13.2 Service Availability. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777db does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or secure access to the Service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect availability.

13.3 Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777db shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.

13.4 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 777db's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Disputes & Governing Law

14.1 Complaints. If you have a complaint regarding the Service, you should raise it in the first instance through the in-platform Help Center or by contacting support at the email address published in the Contact Us section. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and to resolve them within 14 business days.

14.2 Arbitration. If a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitral body specified in the operator's licence terms. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

14.3 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity holds its licence. This does not constitute a claim that these Terms are governed by Pakistani law or that any Pakistani governmental body has approved this Platform.

14.4 Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and that you waive any right to participate in any class, collective or representative action against 777db.

15. Amendments to These Terms

777db reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, the Platform will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users — for example, via an in-platform notification or email — prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request withdrawal of your available Real-Money Balance in accordance with Section 5 before your Account is closed.
